EZ Fix Repair Kit (Click Here to see or order):
The most inexpensive repair kit I've found. Repairs tears in fabric, vinyl, leather, headliner, and also carpet-burn problems.
(Mike's note: I assume the "fabric" kit would be the right one for torn convertible tops or soft toneau covers). These kits are intended for smallish problems. For larger rips or tears, it's best to use one of the other repair kits.
Included are everything you will need for a quick, easy and inexpensive repair.
The EZ Fix compound provides extremely strong , flexible and virtually invisible repairs.

Liquid Stitch material (Click Here to see or order):
This stuff is used to bond the edges of small holes and tears back together. Makes a strong, waterproof, hard-to-detect seam in tops, seats, upholstery, clothes, and almost anything made of vinyl or leather.
Fabric, Velour & Carpet Repair Kit (Click Here for info or to order):
This is a fabric repair kit that I believe would work well on convertible tops and tonneau covers.
Fair warning: It doesn't explicitly SAY it's meant for convertible tops or toneau covers. It's your call on this one. It's cheap, and might be worth giving a try. I assume its patches will block water, but I don't *know* that. So if your problem is a water leak, you'll want to test this for water resistance first. If nothing else, you can always use it for its intended use in repairing torn fabric and torn or burned carpets.
When you have your convertible top, tonneau cover, or similar item in good functional shape, you want to keep it flexible, water-repellent, and nice-looking. Here are some products that will make that an easy task:
Well, that's a pretty good survey of what's available, both in convertible-top and tonneau cover repair, and maintenance products. I hope you've found a solution to your problem with some of the above products.

It's also not unusual to see "convertible" spelled as: convertable, convirtable, convirtible, convertibl.
